Orders & Payment

What is your order process?

Our order process is very simple – once you make your purchase through the checkout, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Once received, please allow us 2-5 business days to process and package your order before shipping. As soon as we dispatch your order, we will send you a second shipping confirmation email including tracking details to let you know it’s on its way.

Was my order successful?

If money has been captured from your account the order has reached us and will be processed. Your order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address that you provided when placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact our customer service team at support@hipwavecrew.com.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add support@hipwavecrew.com to your safe sender list. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive another notification along with tracking information.

If I need to change something on my order, what should I do?

We process orders very quickly so that we can get your order to you as fast as possible. If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. However, once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

How do you secure my payment information?

We take security very seriously and do not process any of your payment information ourselves. All payment related matters on HIPWAVECREW are handled by PayPal and credit card companies.

Is my personal information kept private?

We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose information about our customers or visitors to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you – e.g., arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks, and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so. Is the jewelry made of 100% pure gold or gold-plated?

Our products are primarily made from environmentally friendly alloys and copper, using a strict gold-plating process. This allows you to achieve the same look and feel as 100g solid gold chain and pendant, without spending $10,000.

Are the stones real diamonds?

The primary gemstones in our jewelry are cubic zirconia, an excellent alternative to natural gemstones due to its scratch resistance, making it suitable for daily wear. Unlike natural gemstones that are mined through large-scale machinery, explosives, and unsafe working conditions, our lab-created sapphires are more durable than diamonds, offer better optical properties, and meet ethical environmental standards.

Can I wear it while showering? Will it fade or discolor?

Every piece of jewelry deserves careful maintenance, which means we should avoid wearing it in harsh conditions such as while showering, swimming, or exercising. Therefore, we do not recommend wearing jewelry while bathing.

How should I store/protect my jewelry?

Jewelry should be kept dry. If you’re not wearing your jewelry often, store it in the provided dust bags. A good storage box should be lined with anti-rust fabric, and each piece should have its own space. If you live in a humid climate, place a small packet of silica gel crystals in your storage area. Avoid storing jewelry with rubber items. Always remove your jewelry when using cologne, perfume, or other chemicals.

I'm concerned about the color of gold-plated jewelry naturally fading.

We have a strict quality control process to ensure the durability of all our jewelry. As long as you properly care for your jewelry, the gold plating will not fade.
